President
Grady Schmeckenbecher (he/him)
Grady is a senior from Allentown, Pennsylvania. He is a Political Science major with minors in Honors, Interdisciplinary Studies, and Political Communications. As president, he oversees the Executive Council and general membership. He also acts as a liaison between Student Ambassadors and Admissions, other University entities, and external community groups.

Catherine Ahnen (She/Her)
Catherine is a senior from Bedford, New Hampshire. She is a Sociology major with an Honors minor. Catherine is also involved in Alpha Phi Omega on campus. As Vice President of Admissions, she works closely with the Admissions staff to coordinate CHOICES, Open House, Ask the Experts, Duke for a Day visits, and other exciting programs for prospective students and their families.

Mya Gonzales (She/Her)
Mya is a senior from Ashburn, Virginia. She is a Business Management major with minors in Honors Interdisciplinary Studies, Human Resource Development and Business Analytics. As Vice President of Committees, he oversees the Committee Heads as they plan and execute a wide variety of internal and external activities each semester. He helps Committee Heads plan events that incorporate service, philanthropy, fellowship, and fun.

Kamryn is a senior from South Riding, Virginia. She is an English major with Theatre and British Communication and Media minors. As Secretary, she manages the day-to-day affairs of the organization by keeping track of points, recording meeting minutes, and ensuring all members actively progress towards meeting semesterly membership requirements.

Catie Kirkhorn (She/Her)
Catie is a junior from Vienna, Virginia. She is a Biology major with a concentration in Neuroscience. Catie also participates in Neuroscience research, serves as a Chemistry TA, and is involved in Tri Beta on campus. As Treasurer, she is the lead for Student Ambassadors' financial approach, and acts as a liaison to the FEB office and the
Student Government Association. She works closely with Committees and other internal leadership boards to ensure that SA has all the supplies necessary to host engaging events.

As Tour Coordinator, he works closely with Admissions to create monthly tour schedules and manage tour routes and logistics. He also plans and provides frequent tour trainings, for current and new members, to ensure an excellent experience is provided for visiting families and prospective students.

on campus. As Media Communications Coordinator, she manages all of Student Ambassadors' social media channels in an effort to connect with the JMU community and communicate with current and prospective JMU students. She also takes all official photos at Student Ambassador events, designs SA merchandise, and oversees the history keeping of the organization.

Through her work she aims to create and maintain an inclusive environment for prospective students, families, and our Student Ambassadors. Caitlin helps to not only improve members of SA as tour guides, but more importantly, as individuals.
